As one of the smallest types of pet dogs on Earth, the Pomeranian is generally appreciated for its small body, cute appearance. So, when a Pomeranian type dog is a little too big, many people simply think that he is no longer charming.

This is also the reason why Bertram was eliminated by his own dog breeders, they all assumed that this boy was “too big to market”.

The 5 month old was surrendered to a sanctuary in Tulsa and somehow became a superstar there. He was loved for his wonderful, gentle nature and laid-back attitude.

While the shelter staff intended to stay with this lovely little boy for as long as possible, they knew they had to find him an official owner to be loved and cared for, and the good news is that they didn’t have to wait long.

A musician from New York City saw his pictures on Petfinder and immediately fell in love. From what Kathy Grayson shared, it was her eyes that caught his eye in a surprising way. Kathy decided to adopt this handsome man without reservation, although it was not easy to get to his area. Since she knew she needed this dog, the distance didn’t matter.

Bertram (or Bert as Kathy often calls him) had a rough start, but his life changed at that very moment. It is possible that fate wanted them to practice this way so that they could fulfill themselves and share their happy lives together.

And to everyone’s surprise, Kathy wasn’t the only one who found Bert amazing and incredibly charming, countless Instagram followers also have a crush on this wonderful boy! His Instagram account has actually amassed over 443,000 fans so far, and people just can’t get enough of his cuteness.

Bert is also a star at Kathy’s art gallery. Many people come there just to meet him or let their dog meet him, and the dog doesn’t mind being the centerpiece at all!

It’s safe to say that this wonderful man leads an interesting life in New York City, and we’ll be seeing many more wonderful Bert moments in the near future!
