Two terrified stray puppies cling to each other with swollen bellies.

This story tells of two helpless puppies who were found wandering the street with swollen bellies. The content of an important blood protein, albumin, is very low because they are malnourished.

Fortunately, the two dogs were found just in time by rescuers, who took them to a veterinary clinic. These dogs are totally afraid of humans because they have never been in contact with them before. So they were content to stare at a wall and hug the other side.

But at the top, the vet examined the cubs and knew they were suffering from anemia due to malnutrition and ticks. This meant that they would need intensive treatment, including blood transfusions.

After sedating the puppies, the veterinarian will drain the fluid from their swollen abdomen so that they do not feel pain, as this process is very dangerous.

Fortunately, it worked out well, and the pup finally woke up to a traditional meal. They now love their caregivers, and will be available for adoption once they are fully healed. What a happy ending!
